No native backwards compatibility. You'll either need to keep your PS3 or wait for Playstation Now (And even then, Now might not work well here due to our relatively inconsistant connection speeds).

In order for the PS Vita to be successfully.. sony should allow users to jailbreak the units and don't ever bother the owners..

Agree! Totally against piracy. People worked their butts off for that, fair enough we pay for it, or not have it at all. More piracy, less games. You want good games, get it legit.
