    mga sir, naa ra ba ma parkingan motor if mag jog sa abellana, safe ra pud ba? how about parking fee? thanks...

    murag sakit na ako tiil sa concrete, ganahan ko mu try sa oval dha sa abellana.

    didto ko ganiha, 9:20 ko ni gawas naa pman gihapon taw dd2 pero padung npud uli ang uban. wala pd ko pa bayara entrance ky na hutdan ticket.hehe

    Unsang pace maconsider nga jogging?
    Say if my pace is 6min/km madaha ra ni as jogging?
    Dali musakit akong tiil if hinay akong steps/minute.
    Ngano man ni siya?

    6:00 nga pace kay paspas nana...it's already running...normal/average of jogging would be between 7:00 and 8:00...regarding about your steps it could be either your form or your landing...it actually doesn't matter how much steps you do in a minute...what matters is your running form and how you land your feet...

    guys, naa mu ika suggest nga therapist or doctor? wala mn jd ni ma wagtang sakit sa ubos akong left ankle oi.

    nag start ko ug jog pag january diha ko sa may ayala pirme, then gamit ko ug knang ordinary lng nga rubber shoes.

    Pag sugod na sakit, naa gi advice ako migo, then diha lang ko nka hibaw flat footed diay ko, then need nko ug shoes nga stability, nka palit na ko and dako jud ug difference, ninot kau ug support inig tugpa. problema lng ron dli kau nko ma enjoy ang shoes ky ni balik npud sakit ako left ankle. thanks

    sad to say but there is no podiatrist here in cebu...try to take it slow...in running there is what we call "too much, too soon" and the best shoe for a flat footed like you is not a stability shoe but motion control...

    ang staff rman pd sa runnr ang nag suggest, gi inspect first ang arch sa ako feet sa katong murag glass nga tumbanan, then iya ko gipa dagan sa kato tread mill. how about mizuno wave alchemy, good for motion control ba na siya sir?

    How many days do you think should I rest my feet, i mean dli lng sa nako e jog?
