Pero big deal diri ang certification. Basically as long as you are working in an engineering field you have the right to be called engineer.

As per definition above, u can use the title...
Let say, if naay company nga ni hire ug usa ka engineer, then wala gi require sa company nga license engineer jud..
So, after na hire .. so naa na sa position as usa ka engineer dba? So, he can have the title I guess

Engineer man gihapon but dili license. Gamit kaau na sa mga dakong project kay if mo fail atleast dili makaingon nga di man gud na siya license mao nayabo ang project.
