@ursoman...dapat updated jud ila mga bakuna and dewormiing, i did that to my puppies, na deworm nako sila sa saktong time but after 3 months na nako nabakunahan out of 4 kay isa nabilin under medication pa, because of distemper, grabe jud kaayo as in hurot2 kung hurot jud ang tirada anang distemper, nahurot pud akong money and halos mga gamit nangaprenda because of it naluoy ko sakong mga puppies and nasayang because nakaduha na\pud sila ug 5 in 1 shot then not knowing nahurot sila ug kamatay, ive learned my lesson and never will sacrifice them, pareha run managanakay napud akong iro.. ill make sure sa new pups nga bakunahan on time.... amen

2 months namo gpa.vaccine aq puppies but As early as possible mn daw ang vaccine ingon amo vet. Then every 3 weeks ang vaccine dn last ang anti.rabies. As long as naa ra sa balay n.u puppy dont wori sa rabies, but dapat unahon ang vaccines ky para dli masakit ky dat time expose nah kaayo cla sa environment; init og tugnaw.

Sharing my experience and venting out na din...
I had my dog checked at the Animal wellness clinic in Banilad. My dog had hematoma in his eyes. The doctor suggested to have my dog admitted so they could monitor and treat him. She mentioned that there is a fee for the watcher. I was hesitant, but when the doctor said that they would take care of him, I decided to admit my dog and trust that he would become better and will be treated in their care.
I trusted the clinic and the staff and agreed for a 1 week admission.
After 1-2 days, I had my hubby visit my baby to see if there is any improvement. He was doing well. The next day or so at 5-6PM, I went to the clinic to take my baby home. The doctor at that time was about to end her shift. I was relieved to see that my baby is active and all, but I was shocked when I saw his right eye. It's looks like his eye bursted. I informed the doctor and she said "ai, mao sad diay unta na akong e.sulti nimo. Pag.abot nko gnina buntag na.ingon ana na ang iyang mata... blah blah..." She said that basin daw na.scratch ang eyes.
Speechless ko...
The Dr. said to extend my dog's admission for a few days.. Syempre nabalaka ko kay naunsa na iyang mata, murag nalata?! Gpa.continue ang care..
Got home... ga.rigor akong utok ug huna2x sa akong baby.. Couldn't stop worrying..

Nganong karon rman ni siya gasulti nga padung na siya out?
They/she knew that my dog had an eye problem. Shouldn't it be the doctor or the hospital's initiative to put some collar around my baby's head as a pre-caution to prevent further damage?
Para asa man diay ang akong gbayad nga para sa watcher kung ingon ana akong outcome sa ak g baby? Nisamot man nuon ang condition -damage.
Nisamot na ang among bill.. Ga.buot2x ug order from meds, foods, etc sa ilang clinic and gdretso ug pa.charge sa akong bill without even asking if okay ra?! Walay pajud gamit pa.admit sa among dog..

Ako nlng jud gpa.discharge ang akong baby kay ako nlng bantay..The Dr. prescribed meds/eyedrops. Total bill was more than 15,000php! It pains me knowing that I admitted my baby trusting them that he would become better or that his condition would improve. I was devastated with the results..

Home. At times d man ma.close ang damaged eye. So, balik mi sa clinic and talked to the head instead.. Informed her of the situation and d nami gnahan sa previous doctor nga mu.handle sa among baby. Doubted her credibility (prev. dr.).
Thankful kay, free ang PROFESSIONAL FEE, pero bayad ang gas mask, sutures, etc. But it is not enough.. It could not compensate the damage that was done in THEIR CARE.
G.suture nlng ang eye and balik daw after a week or two.
Wala pa maayo, g.ilisan ug staple ang mata. Na.open after a few days. Balik nasad sa clinic.
I prefer the suture and glue method. The white american-looking doctor did the suture, but did not totally close the eye so that we can put some eyedrops. He said "you need to cut or shave his hair, OR ELSE, we are going to charge you full".
Wa ko kasabot unsa akong bati.on sa iyang gsulti. Maglagot or ma.offend?
He can just simply say "you need to shave his hair to prevent it from going into his eyes... blah blah blah"..
Does he have to be so insensitive and say "OR ELSE?"??!!
Mura mani cya ug nanghadlok ug bata. I have already paid a lot for my dogs condition which has worsened because of their neglect!
I took my dog home checked the sutured eye. It seems to have fully opened and his sutures are already rubbing his eyeballs! My goodness!
We vented out through text. We told them that the damage happened in their care and that they did not take the initiative to place a therapy/eutic dog collar since the problem is with the eye and dogs have the tendency to scratch if its irritated. Don't they? We told them nga grabeh najud among balik2x sa clinic kay wa nila matarong ug suture and in the first place na.ingon ato ang mata sa akong baby kay wala nila bantayi ug tarong. Really doc? Ur defending urself? And ang imong gtubag pajud kay "what we didn't do..?". mkasamot sa lain ang imong g.tubag.. Mrag wala na cguro lain ma.rebut.. ambot... guilty? Take ownership and responsibility nlng.. imo kunong iro balik.balikon ug sutureang eyelid, or ikaw kaha ang balik.balikon ug tahi ang eyelids kapila in 1-2weeks?!
Anyway, after sa last suture, they didn't do any follow up like they usually do. Hadlok cguro or wa nalang pakialam.
We are so pissed and disappointed with the service.

I'm never taking my dog to that clinic again!! Never... Lesson learned.. If medication lng ako na maghatag. Home care nlng.. unless surgery, etc.
In fairness pud naay isa ra ka.doctor ang maayo jud dha. so far cya ra ang reason ngano nbalik ko and recommended the clinic to my friends and relatives.

Maayo jud kaayo ni sila na clinic ky practisan man inyo pets! Unya daghan kaayo unneccessary na ipangprescribe. Some to the extent na mahal na kind of medicine unya walay ayo or naa daghan side effect. Naka suway na jud ko diri twice, ang first ky gipaadmit unya walay ayo nahimo. Ky exotic pet man to akoa unya mo handle lagi kuno sila. Ni samot hinuon ky na stress Ako pet sa ilahang mga handlers ug sa ila mga cages mismo ky gagmay man unya Dili pa jud limpyohan sige baho kaayo ug pee. I will salute a vet clinic diri if only bahala na unta ug mahal pero makaayo sa ato pets.

Any way, in your case MystiqueAngel they should have put that protective conical collar on your dog Bcoz naa man problem sa eyes and to keep your pet from scratching his head area. What a dingbat clinic and they have the nerve to charge watchers fee! Who is not watching by the way! Why r u not taking action of their negligence! Looya sa imo baby uy! I-up ni nato nga thread kay support sad ko ani pag-ban sa Pardo na clinic. Malakaw ra na gikan sa amoa but dili na jud nako dalhon amo dogs dinha bahala na jud. Natagam nako kay sa ka-duha nako nga anha dinha years back, wa jud ko ma-satisfy sa ilaha service. 1.) Wa pa nanga-ayo amo mga iro, 2. ) insultuhon pa ka as dogowner, 3.) di pa i-explain sa imo ang condition sa dog, nya 4.) pataka pa inject2x way pananghid.



Sa first time namo anha, ang aspin namo nga si Shadow galuya ug maayo so tulo intawn mi kabuok ga-tabang ug kugos kay dako man nya di mulakaw. Pag-abot didto, wa intawn mi gi-entertain dayon kay gi-una pa tong mga lain nga gasunod namo, abi aspin ra amoa dog bisan ug klaro na mas kelangan ug immediate attention. Unya, after na wala na lain taw ug finally wa na sila choice but i-entertain mi, gi-karga lang dayon sa assistant nya gi-bundak sa operating table ang gasakit na iro... naka-moan gud intawn si Shadow kay nakuratan sa treatment sa taw niya. Gi-insulto pa dayon mi sa vet kay kesho carrier daw sa daghan sakit amo iro abi kay askal/aspin man nya kelangan jud daw i-admit nya bayad this and that para mabuhi. Galagot na ako mama sa iya so nagpareseta nalang mi nya ni-pay sa iyaha consultation fee.

Nabuhi raman pud tawn amo iro, kaluoy sa Ginoo, but no thanks to him kay my mom just applied what little she knows about dogs and surprisingly na-kay ra man pud intawn. Biogesic, gatorade, utan, forced feedings, and tender loving care from my mom made that dog survive whatever she was experiencing that time.

Sa second time nakong adto, our shih tzu was sick, galuya. Since duol ra lagi, didto gihapon mi. Nang-inject2x raman to sila dayon without explaination. 2-3 days later, nisamot man ka luya amoa dog so gi-adto nalang namo sa CVD. Turns out our dog had ehrlichiosis and parvo, so gipa-admit nalang namo, and good thing our dog was saved! We spent about 10K didto, but it was so much more worth it than the bad service and insults we got from Pardo.

Finally, naa pud ko nakit-an lain na mistreated dog while I was there that second time. Gipa-tranquilizer intawn sa iyaha cage kay di daw mapuyo kun i-groom. Imagine, gipa-put to sleep na ang dog nga i-groom raman unta? Ang tag-iya pud sa pomeranian kay ga-ngisi2x lang sad intawn, way kalibutan na gi-ilad na siya.

Sus. Akong experience sa isa ka pet clinic sa banawa, kay murag incompetent jud ang vet. Our dog died na nuon but 2 weeks before our dog died we brought him to the clinic sa banawa kay ga lubog ra prmi and usahay gaka kuyapan. Uhmm. Ang gi ingon ra ddtu na clinic kay fever ra daw and stress plus naay problem sa iyang liver daw. Mao tu naa silay gi inject na anti-stress daw and for fever. After a week, medyo na okay but still luya, so I brought him to Animal Kingdom sa Escario. Sus. When we went to animal kingdom, they had laboratory tests for Koji, it was then found out that his platelet count is already 13 and all other blood components are very low. So Koji ws confined and treated but he was in need of a blood donor. In fairness with Animal Kingdom, they took care of our Koji jud, even until his death, gi atiman jud japun nila.


If only we were advised by the first clinic to have him laboratory tested, unta ma dala pa cguro tu og pa tambal among dog.

We all know na lisod ipangita og blood donor. Unfortunately, Koji didn't survive. Our lesson learned kay if masakit ang inyong pet, direcho na lang jud ta sa kanang pet hospital jud na complete og facilities para ma test and ma tambalan before it's too late.
