The cheapest good original tasting milk tea is at Gaisano mactan near the old bridge. Mooky. Not sure if anyone has tried it. The owner is actually taiwanse and I spoke to him. Its real black tea that they use not instant premix like some others mentioned.

Favorites nako ang Wintermelon sa Jellycitea and Toffee Milk Tea sa Milk+Tea.
Labi nah kung apilan ug rock salt, cheese and panna cotta.
