Di na global warming, didto ko sa hongkong last time, perting tugnawa, ang mga babae nag short-short pa gani.. so dili gyud na environmental warming...

maybe... something else is too hot... they needed to cool it down... thus... having lesser & lesser clothing available..

Otherwise.. its just a fashion statement..
