#4 : Be part of the solution. Criticize when needed, and act if necessary

#6 : And lastly, pay your taxes (hehehehehehe)

Again, I may be dreaming... But we are what we are now because we refuse to believe that Pinoys would dramatically change and uplift their moral characters. We simply don't have that Japanese spirit and ideology. Remember after WWII, they were in the lowest of low, yet bounced back and became an economic tiger simply because of their resilience.. His performance in Davao is highly commendable. But Philippines is not Davao. Even the late Robrido wasn't able to replicate what he did in the local level to the National Level. He simply ran out of time. I would say, let him take that VP's office and lead the DILG, anti-smuggling and anti-drugs.
