also you need to take note that... our land laws are not retro-active (except for agrarian reform)... if that land was awarded and given a legal title... lisod jud na daugon... again like i said only the SC can nullify the title... gidaug rana sa technicality... if and only if there is a solid documented/physical evidence that shows that the land was acquired through illegal means for it to be titled...

to make it simple.. they got the land and titled it... now the hard part is proving that it was acquired via illegal means so it can be titled... if gamiton man gud nga rason kay sa govt na diha... lisud jud na i contest, na titolohan man gud na... the people of liloan/LGU/DENR should find another way to make the title null and void... as to how.. ila nana diskarte...

and also... remember that before cory naa tay lain nga constituton (1973 bagong lipunan constitution), so maybe that time ownership of that type of land are legal... then the complain starts after 1987 constitution (cory constitution) which changes a lot of provision sa former...

like i said above... most of our laws are NOT RETRO-ACTIVE and its effective are limited upon its implementation unless stated in its provision amending the previous provision and can be retro-actively implemented...

but technicly speaking... all lands of the country is OWNED by the govt... titling it is just a mere lease...

Para niining klaseha sa kaso ba, di ba diay pwede ang atong higher courts before sila mo-decide mo-conduct sila ug site inspection aron duna sila'y lain basihan gawas sa case records?
