according to the law:

if 7 years old below under pa jud na sa custody sa mama
if above na .. depende na na sa bata.. cya na ang modecision
pero depende japon na sa financial ug mental ug emotional capacity sa parents

Para nako father man ko,,better jd sa mother ang bata kabalo mo ngano? A mother is like a God in the eyes of there children...hehehe,,, mao kung moabot ang time na Not in good terms ang both parties...dont forget to support.

All I know sa mother dapat but IMO, it relies more on who can give the best possible
care and provide what the children need growing up. In our case, we all went to our
Dad coz our Mom left us which is quite rare hehehe... No regrets though, I had the
best moments growing up, it's like we were never broken to begin with
