Hi you cannot get mobile ip address location only get internet ip location .Because mobile once switch OFF and ON her IP address has been changed.If when you need internet ip address visit this site IP-Details.com and get ip location,Latitude, Longitude,Country..

yes! you can by downloading the picture, if your lucky her photo has location tag, you just need software to read the coords...
