    aktibo kaau ka dri @francisxim dri da hahaha. lunes bai dagan nako balik sa CBP. pero MWF rako dagan. sayo sad ky kuyog bata hehe

    Question: Unsa inyo ika suggest sa first time runner? Like I've been trying to run consistently pero magsakit man akong muscle in between sa till ug tuhod. Naa moy advice unsa inyo first buhaton like stretchings or something nga maka prepare ninyo sa inyon long run? Suya kau ko anang mga runners nga straight ang agi

    Sir ana gyud na first time sa dagan in my personal experience.
    Musakit lain2 muscles sa tiil og tuhod pro mawala ra na madugay sa sige dagan. Ayaw lang deretso long run.
    First time 1k ra ako daganon, then 2k, then 3k, abot na dayon 5k depende lang if confortable ko and run-walk lang.
    When I manage to run 5k without walking, it was the time when I said to myself ready nako for 21K.
    Ako first 21K namaol gyud ako tiil for 2 days. Normal ra gyud cguro na sir ang sakit

    By the way, choose the right shoes.
    Ako shoes New Balance nga tag 1,800, buslot na tawn karon pero grabe serbisyo nako gidala gyud tawn ko abot 42k, hehehe. Karon serbisyo gihapon samtang wala pa matangtang lapa2

    Base sa imo gi post murag ang shin na ang mag sakit na imo pasabot. kasagaran mo sakit na kung too much exertion bai. usually we call it "TMTS" Too Much Too Soon. Pasabot paspas ra pag increase sa imo distance or like what ive said ganina sobraan exert. I suggest start slow lang. Ideally 10% lang jd increase sa imo distance every week .

    Sa tinoud lang hate jud na nakong jogging and running but wla man koy choice kay wala may basketball court diri mao akong gbutang usa sa jogging and running akong pag exercise. Nganung d manko maka feel ani sa duwa sa basketball bossing?
