TS I had the same experience before. Karon mag.3years nako sa BPO company na ako g.trabahoan. Mao jd ni akng pinaka.una nga BPO.

Advice nako nimu:
1. First, gather all your confidence by speaking english around yourfriends and family
2. Gather up information about the company you're applying
3. Practice interview
4. Wear a presentable outfit on interviews
5. Be confident! No to chin-down.
6. Present urself as if u are very knowledgeable
7. Answer ur interviewer as briefly as u can but with sense (Less talk, Less mistake)
8. Always smile and be pleasing
9. Always leave an impression. (could be a great answer to a question, or anything that can make ur employer remember you as long as it is appropriate)
10. And lastly. GET HIRED!
