    For all we know the president did not really received the letter. As you know thousand of letters are being sent to Malacanang everyday. Added to that it's also being filtered by the staff and segregated what goes to the president. So I will blame these stupid employees who can't separate what is important or crucial to the president's image.

    That's probably true. Still, the President is responsible for the actions of his staff, whether he knows about it or not. That's the reality of being in charge. If the fault is with his staff, then ultimately, the fault is also PNoy's.

    I still don't think the president is that heartless to ignore this incident without proper action if he already knows this happened.
