Wondered if people can list down a Food Favorite from Region, City, Town you are from or if you have relatives and friends where uve tried eating in, ie Pampanga - Sisig and Processed meats (tocino). Interested to see the different delicasy out there. I was in Barili over the weekend and asked if they had a specific delicasy but no one seemed to answer if they had any hence my curiosity, I normally like to try delicasies from different regions.

How is it prepared? lechon manok style, soup or adobo?

I hear CarCar has good lechon because they place certain herbs

Well since im from Cebu lemme start a bit to get this going: we are in Central Visayas
What comes to mind is Humba (braised pork belly), Fish escabeche, Adobo na manok (chicken stew), from chinese influences Bam-i- Guisado (saute of two noodles) and an old recipe which is from spanish influence is Tamalos (peanut sesame tamales with pork) - dont really see this dish made a lot but mom on occassions still make it. Hope this helps

I have a friend from Iloilo and mentioned the usual - Lumpia ubod, Batchoy, lechon manok..
