common problem ni sa 4s, pero naa to tut. mostly sa feedbacks is niwork daw. this is an overheating sa wifi chip.
DISCLAIMER: I dont take responsibility kung unsai mahitabo sa imong phone
kani akong gihatag nga solution may seem weird but gibuhat nani sa uban

    1. Get a hair blower. Blow your iphone (with the hot air). ipaduol, kanang ga on, about 5 minutes duration until muwarning sya nga nioverheat.
    2. when the warning pops up, turn off phone, put inside refrigerator literally. DLI FREEZER ha
    3. mga 10 minutes take out the phone and turn it back on.

Another solution but mas gamay ni chance..
    Settings>general>reset>network

    mao rani ako ika share.

I recommend Pat12, pero 1500 ang ila charge

Try the troubleshooting suggestions in iOS: Wi-Fi settings grayed out or dim and if that does not help, a user has found that it helps to:

Go to Settings and turn Airplane Mode and Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
    Power up
Go to Settings and turn Airplane Mode and Do Not Disturb OFF

If that does not help, backup your content and go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings and then restore from the backup.

If that still does not help, take it to an Apple store genius bar for testing by the technicians.

    - I know this sounds crazy, but i agree! This really works! I tried it and ni work jud akoa wifi! ..... Pero, the problem still doesn't go away.. Sadly, ni balik jud pagka Greyed Out ang wifi. I tried it again, ni work na pud.. and ni balik na pud ang prob.. Give it a try ang bro, if mu balik ang problem.. Then ipa try nlng pa ayo. Til now, wala pa ko naka pa repair. Might as well visit ko aning mga gipang suggest nila.
Naka read ko forum saying Iphone 4S wasn't built for the ios 7 and up... wala kaayo nila na test ang ios7 sa 4s. Lesson learned, before mag update, wait lang jud ka sa mga feedback sa mga nag una ug update sa ios. Maypag wala nako na update, maka Clash of Clans pa unta ko ron!
