Worked for eBay Customer Service for almost 2 years.. follow the guidelines in filing a dispute.. you have at least within 60 days from buying the product on eBay to file a dispute.

Problem is, are you covered sa eBP.. try to contact Customer Service and have them check ug unsa imo options..

sa pinas gud walay uso mag paypal mga seller... sa lain online stores kay paypal manko tanan... lesson jud ni nako... taas pud ug kaagi ni akong purchase sa iphone 5s... at first nipalit ko online sa SOUQ.COM sa saudi but wala maabot but na refund raman dayon ko kay paypal lage... then pag uli nako sa pinas mao tong nka transact to nako si JEE-AN (scammer)... pero at first nice kaayo feedback nikalit lang ka bagsak after a week.. before ko nipalit kay grabe nako gi check pa iyang feedbacks ug mga uban items iyang gibaligya...pero i think manipulated to tanan... mao daghan mi na ilad... anyway, its a lesson to learn... but it will not stop me from buying from ebay... after that nka purchase kog dslr ug ipad ug some other items... basta paypal no worries... sa pinas lang jud problem kay bank deposit pirmi... hinuon i was not expecting ma refundan pako or maabot ang item mao nipalit nalang judko sa SM istore pero mas mahal cya naa pa sa 35990ph...
