Guys, question lang. How long does it take para mu take effect ang upgrade? Nagpa-upgrade ko yesterday from plan 1299 to plan 999. Got the new modem yesterday too, but ang speed same2 ra. Checked the downstream speed; 638 kbps. Way too slow. I guess same2 ra sad from the old plan (idk what the speed was), but judging from my browsing, same ra jud. Ka notice sad ko usahay ang uban pages dili mu load. Needs to be reloaded. Does it take time for the line to get upgraded or problem jud ni?

Don't you mean downgrade? >.<

It's actually an upgrade. Plan 999 is much "faster" than the bundled 1299 plan.

999 DSL + 600 landline

Plan 1299 = 1.5 mbps with landline
Plan 999 = 3 mbps w/o landline

Depends. Ako-a it took almost a week man siguro to. Basta not the day after hehe. Wala na pud ko gi provide-an ug bag-o nga modem.

Supposedly if nag pa upgrade ka ug plan 999, imo downstream speed should be around 3000 kbps. Tawaga na lang nag PLDT kay basin wa pa na update imong plan. I verify lang sa ilang CSR.
