well, during mornings i walk for 1 kilometer (from where the jeepney stops to my office). in the afternoon, i also walk from the office to abellana. i then do my round walks at the oval. i do this from monday to friday.
breakfast: oatmeal or any cereal
lunch: 1/2 cup rice and vegetables
dinner: 1/2 cup rice and meat
