    Do we need really to exercise? If YES why?
    ...What is the best exercise that we can benefits a lot?
    ........If NO WHY? Just need your idea mga TS....

    Exercise is best way to maintain fitness. I do exercise everyday because it helps to lose weight easily. I do cardio exercises for at least 1 hour in a day. I suggest everyone to do cardio exercises.

    yes and no hahaha!

    we need exercise to stretch the muscle

    and no if you are so stress hence you need to rest rather than do exercise.

    sakto ka bogets. dapat if stressed tulog lang. good for the brain and body man pud na.

    Hey..
    As far as i know exercise are really important for fitness and if you want to try best exercise than you should try cardio like Running and swimming.. Both are best
