Tan-awa lang kung asa maka-save.

Ang [dot]PH nga domain is roughly from $40+ to $90+ per year (eg. phregistrar.dot.ph , etc... )
Kung dili kaayo daku'g kaon sa bandwidth imo website, you can just go for a shared hosting account which would cost you about $2+ per month (for this, daghan kaayo ka'g kapilian....)

Pero kanang PhP500 or less a year for both, i dont think it exist.
