10 units lang? that's too small para imo lukatan ug business permit. ako advice sa imo is use a "piso2x cafe" that is individual pc and no need na maglukat ug business permit just a barangay permit which will cost you less than a thousand for a year. If ever you plan to exceed on a 30pcs unit icafe then pm me i can give you a list of trusted and negotiable bookkeeper.
