HELP: Restoring back up SMS

Situation:
I backed up my SMS via email. It generated an .HBK file on my email. I tried to restore this back up file for my SMS but I am unable to using the option on the Message window RESTORE SMS. The error is "Unable to restore messages". I tried to back up a different SMS using the phone's SD and it worked.
Question:
How do I restore the SMS back using the HBK file?

My unit is HTC ONE if that is necessary.

@nanako.mori; The .hbk file is in your email account, right? Apparently, some people have been problem restoring from email, so here's what you can do:

1. Create a sms_backup folder in the root (or top level) your sdcard, if it doesn't already exist. The directory path should be something like /sdcard/sms_backup.
2. Download the .hbk file from your email and place it in the sms_backup folder on your sdcard.
3. Restore the backup from your SMS application.

You'll need to do that every time you want to restore SMS, I'm afraid, because apparently the application only looks in that folder when it tries to restore backups.
