    breakfast today, half slice of pear, oatmeal and green tea with no sugar...after 2 hours, juiced fresh cucumber, celery, ginger and orange...for lunch, steamed salmon, blanched brocolli and carrots, crab and corn soup with egg exactly the same for dinner naa lay 1 whole wheat pandesal sa dinner. exercised an hour earlier today through stationary bike

    Karon nako naigo og cravings dah lols.
    Wala man au ko ni eat yesterday as ako cheat day,
    karon Naman nuon... I was craving for ice cream
    after my work out and I tried to sleep it off but I
    ended up eating 2 pcs of ensaymada ube and 1 cup
    rice with adobo baboy huhuhuhu... Humot man Gud
    kaau ui plus the cold weather... Anyway, pasingot Lang
    ko tomorrow.

    ^^my technique girl is i dont really let it happen nga magutman ko, orasan nako akong food intake, in between 2-3 hrs, i should have something. puede man mokaon ug makabusog pero low in calories. mao gani akong gi dugangan ug soup akong lunch ug dinner. sabagay, bag o pa man sad ko nag change sa akong eating habits, last 4 days lang. emotional eater pud ko like you, kung sad gani ko, nah, anha jud mo kick in akong cravings. ma depress gani ko gamay, mag exercise dayun ko, ma ligo, then matulog, inig mata nako, im feeling better na. good luck to us. its such a never ending battle ug weight issues gani. saon na lang

    Since I started my program last September, it's only now
    I gave into my cravings and went astray with my no-meat
    diet on a weekday. That's why I find it so odd.

    Prolly it had something to do with my little food intake before
    I went to the gym this morning because I woke up so late.
    Cge Lang, tomorrow I'll make sure I have enough food to get
    me by as I work out

    murag patay ko sa tagay ani sa sunod2 nga eb gikan sinulog. but since i've been sick, wa lang sa cold drinks and ng-focus ra ko cge inom tubig. so far kai okay ang results.. down to 3lbs. haha gamay ra kaayo. by next week cguro kai balik ko zumba.
