@s.psych to answer your question,NO Dili ko madato if mangayo kog recibo, but businesses like @wisechoice na Dili automatic manghatag ug recibo clearly is one of the best ways Businesses can avoid or cheat their way from paying taxes, so in return, ang Wisechoice ang madato through panikas. Yes they have the proper forms and etc but what's the point if Dili automatic manghatag ug recibo?As if Kung,makaikyas ug hatag recibo then Ayaw nalang jud.

How can the customer make a reklamo about the expired product(im not saying that the product of wisechoice are expired or has a defect. Just an example scenario.)?

@nzo ur right it's a business thing (kung pwede lang dili makahatag ug recibo,ayaw lang hatag para gamay lang bayad taxes) ,but its not the right thing to do,naa bitaw na sa balaod na muhatag jud ug recibo. Common sense nana. Whether ablihan pana didto and produkto or I check and expiration date is not the issue. What if naay reklamo ang customer after coz wala cya kabantay naay something wrong (sample lang ha) ,then Dili cya maka Pailis coz Walay recibo.
