Let me know if you can have the accommodation right away especially abroad.
But for the hotels owned by CU, they might need 1 week,,,,but anyway....good luck on your first try.
We have tried 4 times, sinulog hotel stay (wala gyud.. hurot dayon), makati( need 2 vouchers if you had only few days before), thailand (need 3 months daw, good excuse), US Europe and singapore 1 year...Hahay,.....
Talking of Sinulog reservation: If they are recruiting members until now, how can they give benefits and privileges at full extent if they had only limited rooms available? What if you don't have a keyperson in the office, or you are from other cities and you don't have the chance to call or visit the CU office and ask for reservation by sinulog this year or next year...Wala man gani ko ka kuha nga naa ra ko sa siyudad, kadto pa kahang layo.....Well, not unless the management pinch down the number of rooms available. Then again, my question is if they represent the package (membership) with this and that...you are assuming that you can avail or hoping for any room by Sinulog....But what if hurot na dayon....How do you feel nga ingnaon lang ka nga uy....wala naman available.....is that fair?
By the way,,,not only sinulog but all of the instances mentioned above... They recruit and recruit until members piled up, so what's the implications? with less control on affiliations and few hotel accomodations available to members, how can they give the best possible service? As the saying goes....Customer is always right....you have the right to choose, that you feel compensated of what you are paying for.....
I think what @ArtM have said is true, i tried to booked an accumodation last week for the sinulog and they said they're fully-booked but if i'am willing to let go of my 2 vouchers then, a room would be available. W.T.F..... I have been a member of CLUB ULTIMA for quite sometime now, and it's just this last years that they're practicing this 2 vouchers bul***t. I hope that we should make a stir regarding this issue in the coming grand members meeting, so that we can put a stop to this unfair practice.

Bro ang 1 voucher is equivalent sa lowest price room nila. So pasabot, wla sila available room at lowest price. I think naa sa mga Php 4500 ang lowest priced room. Kung duha ka voucher, mashigher price na na room. Basin suite or family room ang available. Take note sad, hotels near Fuente will be fully booked and kay tugod sinulog, prices of the room will go way up.So ang mga tourist will always go for lowest price. And a lot of tourist even book their hotel a year before.

There is. More or less a contract of sorts. And Club Ultima also updates the rates and benefits.

Bro,that would still depend if they have available room. Its still a first come first serve basis on the room reservation. The benefit that I see on being a member is that with the normal rate of Php4500, you can get it at lower price. They never assured us that we can get the rooms when we ask for reservation.Club Ultima is still a business whether your a member or not.

You can also check the contract you have will Club Ultima. They will state there what benefits you have.

member sad ko sa club ultima for 3 yrs now, paid na sad ko. ako masulti lang nagmahay ko. kay mahal dili jud sulit.
maypa ako to gi time deposit or gisave akong gibayad then if nahan ko maghotel bayad lang ko lahos cash. di pa ko alkanse.

giingnan ko na as early as june current year fully booked na sila para sa sinulog the next year. ako nya i try pa reserve next week para next year na sinulog.

dili ba alkanse ka kung 2voucher ila pangayoon for usa ka room ...ingnon nato ang room tag 6k, unya mangayo sila 2vouchers kung equivalent ana 4500, so sa tag 6k na room muhatag ta nila worth 10k na voucher? palpak jud

Ang 4500 is the last room rate na ako nahibawan sa ila pinaka barato na room. I don't know right now kung nag-increase na sila or wla. Ang ako nahibal-an is some hotels will have different room rates on different location.Labi na kung holidays or naay mga activities na daghan ang tourista. Bottom line is its business.

Some of us can see that there are advantages and disadvantages of being a member of Club Ultima. Depende na sya sa unsa ang imo gamitan sa voucher. Sa amo na side, wla pa mi naka-agi ug problema since wla pa sad mi nagtry ug pabook during Sinulog or adto sa Boracay. Ang pirmi namo ginapabook is ang naa sa Luzon which of course wla kaayo tourista.
