that's it.. dili ganahan ug dugang labad sa ulo ang federal government nila ky na problema pa pud sa ilahang financial crisis ug kng unsaon nila pgbayad ilang trilliones nga utang..although naa man few states sa US (count washington) nga decriminalized ang marijuana, pero under very very strict regulation (sale, transport, cultivation, possession). and when talking about strikto, it means involvement of a lot of resources (manpower, facilities, and of course budget, among others),pero bsan pa sa ilang ka strikto, dako na ug gasto, malutsan jpun.. how much more atong gov't. for the moment.. makahimo nman gani ta ug laboratory sulod sa atong mga rooms and condos even in the metro, mosamot pa kadako ang kalabad sa ulo sa atong gobyerno kng dghan pa ang madugang nga atimanunon.. mas modako lng hinuon ang scope sa negosyo sa mga lords dri, bottomline, sila ray mkabenefit ana sa krn nga sitwasyon..
