Here's the problem:

The driver's side door lock doesn't lock all the other doors of our car. Although it still locks the driver's door but the central locking feature is no longer functioning when operated using the driver's lock switch and even if you are using the key.

It only works using the remote control.

Who has experienced this one and who has an idea on how to troubleshoot and fix this problem?
