We are already SEC registered since June. Phone time ang amo computation sa payroll para ang bayad sa agents kay kadto ra ga trabaho sila. kung naa man "off the phone times" i Time Adjustment ra na sa managers. Yes there are still pay disputes but it's at 0.5% only. If there is any employer in the same industry that does not have a single pay dispute, I'd give them a round of applause. But I don't think there is.
