Did you know a foreigner can invest money in a restaurant, hire lots and lots of people and yet isn't even allowed to serve behind the bar if he/she wishes? There should be a level playing field. Filipinos work all over there the world, often without any restriction. It's time for reciprocation.

the government can be partly blame.. education system needs total overhaul plus corruption took away the budget solely for uplifting the lives of the people

even doctors turned to nursing.. the reason not only based on trends but also with the enticing salary which will took them years to achieve here compared to the salary they can get within months in abroad

our country keep away our skilled people.. we need to entice them to comeback and work here.. that's one goal this administration need to achieve but then again failed to initiate.. yet they have the gall to ask foreigners to work here instead

This is the funniest employment joke of all time. No foreigner in his right mind will work here because of the poor working conditions and low pay. Not to mention the deteriorating peace and order, corrupt government, and poor benefits.
