Death Penalty nalang kay puno na kaayo ang mga prisohan, that way pud, ang mga taxes nato that go into prison funds (maintenance, operations etc) ma divert into other useful projects.

i would definitely agree to this. If burning people on the stakes could have been more appropriate or beheading them in public then why have we stopped practicing it now. because by nature we are humanist and not savage people.

but in my humurous way of looking at it... death penalty... murag dali ra kaayo, dili siya mag antos. life sentence.. sus kakapoy huwat, he would definitely sing "Maypa Matay"

death penalty is suspended for a reason... for the government to acquire the positivistic, humanitarian image kunohay. i donnu if GMA or the legislature or the ones responsible for the death penalty suspension has been inside BBRC or any given jail for that matter.

it's hellish, putrid and makabuang ug samot. if in a way they want to give their humanitarian title its due meaning, they have to at least alleviate the conditions of these offenders. just because they don't get votes from these unfortunates thus they forgot to mention them on one of their platforms. hahay life.
