    Basaha ug tarong.

According to National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) 7 Director Antonio Pagatpat, the smuggling of used clothing can pose a danger to public health, not to mention degrade the dignity of the Philippines.

    No business permit
He said the businessman has no business permit from the Cebu City Treasurer’s Office.
NBI agents failed to catch Tee, but he will still be charged with violating Republic Act (RA) 4653, or “An Act to Safeguard the Health of the People and Maintain the Dignity of the Nation by Declaring it a National Policy to Prohibit the Commercial Importation of Textile Articles Commonly Known as Used Clothing and Rags.”
“It shall be unlawful for any person, association or corporation to introduce into any point in the Philippines textile articles commonly known as used clothing and rags,” the law reads.
Violators will be fined not less than P200 but not more than P20,000 and face imprisonment of between two and five years.
Walay business permit, natural illegal gyud wala man bayad sa permit.
Ni violate pa gyud siya ug balaud. Samot ka illegal. To be safe, patabang lang kung wala ka masueto about aning mga processo sa atong goberno kay lisod na.

Kana palang daan na definition means importing used clothing for commercial purposes is illegal. That means tanan ukayx2 na nilusot sa ato, wala na gideclare na giimport na cya for sale. So technically, smuggled na cla.

The law mentioned above was enacted pagka 1966 pa.
Congress should revisit, or if ganahan ang council i totally ban or prohibit, hala dakupa, or make an ordinance para i totally ban na gyud ang ukay2x.

    Mahipos gyud ang carbon. hehe
