which is a better deal?

for a budget of 30k ~ 35k:

brand new Nikon D5100 18-55 kit + Flash + Prime Lens?

or

brand new Nikon D5200 18-55 kit?

primary use of camera are for portrait, makro and scenery/landscape photgraphy. (in no particular order)
video capabilities are of importance also.

the D5100 unit w/ 18-55 kit lens can be bought around 21000-22000 with 8gb memory card & camera bag na. that is the cash price. the D5200 unit w/ kit lens are around 35000 with 8gb memory card & camera bag. mas mahal ang duha ka unit if credit.

nice ni nga community. bago rako kapalit d5200 last month..first DSLR nako. nindot kaau so far.
