no probs. actually you can still eat what you want. it's the amount you put in is more important.
kung mag crave ko ug burger ug fries mu order ko mcdo. i only eat half of it and a few fries then you can give the rest away.
like sa imong belgian waffle and cream cheese. why not eat half of it and leave the rest. dili man pud sayang kung huna hunaon. kay mahal pud ang gym and you can't really put a price on your health. hehehe.
cravings is natural. but if you start controlling the portion of the foods you love you can do it. say to yourself "I DON'T HAVE TO FINISH IT ALL"
