1. hoax posters post in istorya, some people will bite the story
2. others will share the story thru thier facebook wall, etc.

i can see admin quick to give infraction to people just using all caps to express thier emotions, why not give infractions to proven hoax? in that sense, people will learn how to double check thier sources before posting.
