    it's a personal preference. depends on the person lang jud. for me, kato 150. it's too light(puwede ra sa katong mag inday-inday jump rope, it's not a speed rope). the nylon rope. you have to really exert much effort to make it turn faster. that's why you have to buy "alot" to try which one works well for you. maayo unta naa free testing sa mga sports shop kung before ka mopalit.. hehehe. .

    Ok ra nako ang 150 kay dli man sd ko c pacman nga grabi mo gamit.. ako g check ang presyo tag 130 d.i to nya wood iyang handle with grip nya wire /cable ang cya so far ok ra man maka sagunson nako around 50+ without stopping dako2x mn gd ko... so far ok ra man gyd to for staters nya dako pareha nako.. para nako pare-parehas ra gyd ang 130 og 600 ang naka lahi ra para nako kay mas bugat lng gyd 600.

    hapit na maputol akong peborit jumping rope.. hehe.. napodpod na, nipis na kaayo ang center, mao gives me some trouble because dili na balance iyang rotation.. gidaginot nalang jud, wait maputol. lolz!

    Jumping rope is a good form of cardio and i do this exercise everyday. Its a best activity to reduce weight and fat quickly. I suggest everyone to do jumping rope.
