I mean, yes, you have that "paid" privelege maka sulod inside sa cordon that sets you apart from the "ordinary" crowd or spectators pero that doesnt mean pud bisan asa na sab su-ong, tuwad2x or babag sa mga contingent/contestants nga maka interrupt sa presentation kay lagi "photo contestant".
Be mindful and discipline yourselves and do note and set draw a line to your privileges unta you can enter the street routed for the mardigras...BUT never bisan asa nalang mo mag babag2x sa dalan!!!!

Winning for me may be like a shot in the moon but I go for the experience
of how it feels like to be in the event where all the professionals and even
the enthusiasts meet in this big event with different perspectives on their
chosen subjects.

Sad for the bad press about this contest and the fees that entail, though.
