So I'll have to make use of the site then...
Had a full breakfast this morning just to give me a head start with my gym time
today but filled myself up with apples and oranges with lots of water for lunch.
Just had my half hour treadmill and one hour Zumba, kamatay! Bug-ata sa feeling
ui from all the food I feasted on last week hahahaha! Naka-Ana ko, di na jud ko
mousab lols... Balik ko another cardio then another Zumba session later...
I'm happy to see more faces here.. We can do this guys
