Agree ko ani. The info you declared when you applied for EOI and when you lodged your visa must be consistent. You must have supporting documents and you must not have false declarations. Especially if the info you declared affects the points. Kadaghanan naku nabaw-an nga na reject ang visa kay nasayup sila declare sa ila education ug work experience.

Mu matter sad ang medicals, dapat ila mga migrants will not be liabilities sa ila govt.

if you are nurse and would like to come here for a student visa.pwede ra ari ka mu apply og RPL para ma credit uban nmo subjects from the Philippines. and if mahuman nmo ang Bachelors Degree diri and mu apply ka for Temporary Resident Visa (Graduate Visa) .you need to be assessed to be registered by AHPRA then by ANMAC if you already got the registration.

reply sad ko ha. Anha na mu sulod ang assessment. ang assessing authorities ang mo decide if your education is comparable to their bachelor's degree or diploma ra. From what I know mu matter kung asa ka nga school nag graduate. Categorized na ang schools sa section 1, 2 and 3. murag section 1 nga schools ra ang ma credit nga bachelor's. but if you passed a board exam automatic na nga bachelor's degree.
yes the assessing body will determine your qualification as to what comparable education your credentials belong to. of course, before you submit your application for assessment, you would have had reviewed the visa type requirements that you would like to apply to and the occupation lists where your skill falls to in order to determine where your credentials stand with respect to these requirements.

if you've successfully gone through the assessment process, you will now have to submit an expression of interest (EOI) and here your credentials and evidences will once again be examined. These will be a more thorough and strict scrutiny since there are cases when case officers actually contact the companies you've worked with (as an example) when they see that some supporting documents are weak or questionable, etc. It is here in this process, the one you asked about, where the possibility of applications are being denied given the invitation to apply for the visa.

but if all your documents and credentials are all ok, everything should be fine. the thing I mentioned where medicals can be a cause for visa rejection are only for serious diseases only. if you have a medical condition, it can still be worked out by signing a health undertaking signifying that you are taking medications or you're working your health out to improve it or at least have it under control.

good luck on your application and see you very soon!
