Just want to know if I am getting the right deal at optimum cost from this agents. My budget is 1.5M near Cebu City and still looking. But I just wanna know if ok bah ang akong nakuha.

Payts naman kaau nang budget nimo pre, espicially kanang 10k a month, dako na gani na para sa uban. But regarding near Cebu though, what do you mean man, Cebu proper or Cebu City? Hehehehehe, kay dako kaau na nga diperensya. Kana nga budget, daghan ana sa Consolacion, Talisay, kanang unahan sa Talamban, Lapu-Lapu (but I wouldnt advice to invest there.).
