i need advice on replacing my 3 year old pc. i only have a budget of 20k

hello guys. im planning on replacing my old pc. and i only have a maximum of 20k to spend. not including the pheripherals.

here is my old setup.
processor i3 530
motherboard ecs h55h-m
ram 4 gig
hard drive 2 tb
graphics amd radeon hd6700

i have some questions.
is an 20k budget be enough to buy a significant upgrade replacement?

or can i still spend a bit on my old setup for a better performance? if so do you have any suggestions on what to replace? or buying a new one would be more practical?

and also. if planning to sell my old pc how much would a set up like this be? any "decent" estimates would be much appreciated.

Bro if mo upgrade man gani ka og processor, upgrade pod ka og mobo, imong gi gamit na processor now is LGA1156 1st gen nga proc. kay 20k+ man imo budget palit ka og i5 = 8k, mobo=5k+, ram 2x4gb = 4k+

i3 has only 2 cores but 4 threads, but if mag i5 ka 4 cores 4 threads na, since naa pman kay old unit, ibaligya nlng na then ang ara naka maka decide mo upgrade ka sa imong Video Card. .
