First of all there's no such thing as iPhone "openline". It's called unlock process for iPhone, and called "openline" for other phones

For iPhones there are 3 ways to get an unlocked iPhone.

1. Software Unlock (Jailbreak needed) but for earlier devices ONLY (iPhone 4s, 4, 3Gs)
2. IMEI Unlock (e.g. A Globe locked iPhone and the contract has ended) (IMEI unlocking websites but you need to pay $$ for it and it prices vary per country.
3. Gevey SIM or any SIM INTERPOSER (but Im not sure if it is compatible with iPhone 5)

Best option is to buy an unlocked iPhone bec it's hassle FREE.
