    Nya tinuod ba jud mas paspas ang pagdako kung mag supplements? Depende pud, ayon-ayon pud na. Trial and error. Kaon lang tarong aron di kinahanglan supplements.

    bsan bodyweight ra imung gamit resistance? Ok ra if beginner, pero as you get stronger, kailangan na pud weights. stagnant ka ana.

    Is it possible gaining muscles and getting big while loosing fat? Hardgainer type man ko. Nag gaining ko mga 6months na, weightlifting sa gym , no cardio ky gaining man gud. From 115lbs(naturally skinny) 5'7 ako height, ako timbang na karon is 148 lbs, naay muscles pero medyo naa may tambok labi nas lower belly and side belly. Nya di pa kaau ko ganahan sa porma sa ako chest. Kuwang pa kaung muscle sa middle chest. Unsay ma.advice ninyu mga brad?

    Bodybuilding takes time. 6 months is too short of a time frame to see huge results. Be consistent and the results will follow. If kusog ra kaau imong "gains" niya you think most of it is fat, then you're eating too much. Reduce gamay sa imong calories and see if "sakto" imong na gain

    Speaking of calories, Xeno. I just want to ask pila ang average caloric consumption for somewhat on a Cut? 5'8 190lbs Male. Lahi2x man gud ang numbers sa online calculators.

    It's hard to say since this is something very subjective. It would depend not only on your height and weight but also your LBM(lean body mass since this is usually the one responsible for metabolic processes) and how active you are.

    Just remember, none of the formulas mentioned are accurate. Just use them as a guide to give you an estimate on your calorie needs. From there, use trial and error

    takes TIME mu lang... i strongly suggest longer time frames, and try testing safer and comfortable methods that your body will respond well according to your goal, just give it time, even tried and tested methods for most people may even work for sometime and may not the next so technically its constant improvement and progressive learning, you will be surprised on what things you will learn along the way

    PS ...start learning the basic how to's about lifting and think about bodybuilding later, trust me its a DIFFERENT BALLGAME and its like MARRIAGE you need COMMITMENT!

    Greetings!! Dli ko fond sa traditional weightlifting like bench2x and using machines
    Mas ganahan ko sa compound exercises like squats, power clean and snatch, crossfit movements
    ectomorph diay ko boss, usa sad sa akong problema kay lisud kaau mu gain
    akoa pod calves murag totpik bsag unsaon, akong quads arangan na pero d giud ingon proportion sa akong upper body because I used to skip leg days sauna katong nag bench2x pako.
    usa pod sa akong prob is ganahan ko mag bodyweight, dli nang traditional pushups2x. akong buhaton is variations sa pushups, pull ups, muscle ups (3 rep ra akong max), nia one leg squats (pistols). mao rani ako gibuhat karon kay wa pod koy kwarta pang gym membership gud. nia naa ko gamay fats, galibog ko if mag intermittent fasting ko or mobanat og kaon, d man ko ganahan sa style anang bulking - cutting boss kay d ko ganahan mu agi og tambok ko hahahhaha. I know lisud giud mag gain while maintaining/reducing fat pero ngutana lang ko if sakto ni ako gibuhat ug unsa pod imo ma recommend para ma improve.

    I will try to answer your question lang, pero mas expert siguro c bossing.

    murag na confused ka or ako sa imong pasabot nga magka abs, kay naay magka abs meaning mu gain ug abs muscles pero matabonan fat, or imo pasabot kanang maklaro ang abs while bulking?

    akong tubag ani is that if mag bulk ka pwede bulky imong abs, bsag dli low imong bodyfat% makita gihapon sya gamay, maklaro ang liki like moporma og 6pack/4pack, pero dapat bulky sad imo abs. if dli bulky imo abs, dapat low bodyfat% para ma notice.
    So if nag dirty bulk ka, only way to make ur abs appear is to make them bulky sad
