not all, if Mobo manufacturer agreed to windows driver signing agreement, then chances are they are pre-installed... most of the the time it uses generic driver... which for me are already sufficient but if its not then by all means download them...

nope, needed japon ka sa iya chipset. mas recommended nga updated drivers imu e-install from manufacturer.
