they didn't so I called them instead. Wala man japon
Gi-ingnon ra ko, they'll call me daw and that was a couple of weeks

I got mine in less than 2 months. Final paycheck, computation, BIR forms and COE. Basi naay issue imo clearance form, naay wala naka sign? I had mine signed all in one day and was told to wait for a maximum of 2 months. Wa sad ko kasabot why HR needs to call you, kay dapat ikaw man na ang mu call to confirm if available na ang final pay and documents 3 weeks after your clearance form was submitted.
