ako man gani.... wa pa gani na abtan ug one year akong GPU palit nasad ko kay naay r9 200 series..... and i will continue to do so inig r9 300 hahahhahahaha

IMO, AMD R9 (except 290X) is not an upgrade to your 7970...
but would you really get yourself an R9 290X? i'm no fan boy, but for me these days, efficiency is the deciding factor... and AMD fails for that aspect compared to Nvidia... at least for now...
