I think ila na g mugna nga policy para na sa kanang mag chikka2x lang ba nya dako ug tingog which is a nuisance para sa ubang customers and there is always the possibility of robbery.

Yes it is a constitutional right, but I really think that it is also for your own safety why they prohibit the use of mobile phones inside their premises. Utok gamita panagsa TS. Gamita pag may time. Naa man kaha kay utok diba? Bye.

Some provisions of our Constitution is not self-executory, meaning, that they are unenforceable not unless there's a specific law that says so, parihas anang Political Dynasty, prohibited mana sa Constitution, but there is no law right now that will enforce it so the State cant do something about it yet.. Now, Since there is no mention of any specifically law that allows the use of cellphones inside banks, therefore our state cannot disallow if any bank should prohibit the use of cellphones inside their vicinity, after all it is a safety measure to protect the wealth of the public, a Constitutional right also..

Art II Sec. 5 of our Constitution says: The maintenance of peace and order, the protection of life, liberty, and property, and promotion of the general welfare are essential for the enjoyment by all the people of the blessings of democracy...

It is the duty of the State also to protect the general interest of the people, and that interest in this case is for their money not to be robbed, the general interest is always above personal interests.. for one you are not prohibited to practice your freedom, you are only told to practice it elsewhere so as to protect the general interest of the people.. The person who made that article is right to express his opinion, but opinions are opinions and like everyone else we are entitled to one..
