eat only from 1 or 2pm to 6pm, so basically imong eating window is 4 hours, eat within 4 hours. outside that window imong pwede iconsume is water lang. bahalag banat kag kaon basta within that 4 hours lang, if d nmo kaya adjust lang to 5 or 6 hours.

nag gym ko sa citigym.
cge ko ug:
treadmill, zumba, yoga and some circuit workouts..
and running.. lots of running..
giapilan sd naku ug diet.
ni avoid/less intake ko sa:
- processed food (anything nga naa sa lata)
- sweets (cakes, softdrinks etc... sometimes, mukaon ko haha. can't resist eh...)
- tambok sa baboy (kaon keu ko ani sa una).
- salty foods
- rice (dle na keu ko frequent mukaon. around 3meals/week nlng)
- bread
- energy drinks

- eggs
- chicken
- veggies and fruits
i lost 14kg in 73days (wla ko kagym for 2 weeks ani nga time since christmas vacation man)
one cup rice diet

usa rajud ang tubag ani nga thread. calorie deficit. hehe. then loose weight gradually preferably 1 pound per week.pwede og 2 pounds basta obese najud. og makuha na nimo. di na ka mag weight gain og healthy na imo gipangaon and maintain imo macronutrients. gudluck![]()
Hey guys after long time i post reply over here i reduce 20 kg weight so happy but still i am working...... i want more reduce weight..... at now my weight is 70 so i want be a 59...
