It is not up to us to judge any of them and take side, remember as for the buyer, you bought a 2nd hand phone which comes with risk, if u wanted it to be perfect well u could have bought a brandnew one instead, but thinking it was sold for 16k? That price is a cheap price for a s4 im using the same unit aswell and got it also from this site which i paid 22k for it. Wat do could u expect from buying a 16k, so by then if u add up 2500 in total it will still be cheaper then the rest of the s4 selling. But then again u could have just bought a brandnew one from the start if u wanted it to be perfect, coming from the fact u knew before hand of the issue (DROP), still considering the seller told about it, could have been an honest side of him. But then again u still pushed through with the unit, if so u could have checked it before, 1week is pretty much time to ask considering its not brandnew. And for the seller naman as a seller fight for ur rights by replying and having time to reply to the things u sold that way ur reputation will still be maintained. Not like this. Merry xmas everyone! And wat im trying to say po mam is next time be more wiser than u wer your telling us "bahala na" u trusted his word kasi rin nga ur kids was kulit. If from the start u already had daubts coming from the facts that u saw it being plug for testing, u could have easily asker him to unplug it and run the basic check ups. But instead ur saying bahala na since u wer in a hurry right? I pity u mam for being fooled but at the same time there is a small part of u that let him fooled u. Since ur saying the word "bahala na" yet at the end of it all your the one complaining right? Dont take me wrong mam. Its definately his fault to fool u but how could one be fooled if she did not allow it at first. TRUST? Now look at. Your blaming him because u gave him your trust. Its by your choice to trust him and thats infact ur mistake since your buying a second hand unit. 1Week time since u have all this other unit.
