Not taking sides here. I think there's no intentions nga mangilad ang seller since sa shop nila sila nag.meet and khibaw pud siya sa names. If mangilad xa, how come didto sila nag.meet up? wala nasad unta nagparamdam si bluntman85. As a seller pd, mag.duha2 nko ug kuha balik sa ako money since 1 week na wala sa ako kamot ako unit, ok ra unta 2 to 3 days.

Then sa battery? Maybe naguba siya kay wala g.remove since wala g.gamit for 1 month. The seller should remove unta the bat kay maka.guba man na. Wala sad siguro sila alamag about ani. Seller should replace nalang jud the batt kay he said at first na no defects ang unit.

what irates me is how ka arrogante ang seller ani.. Kumo ba kay kwartahan cya, naa silay coffee shop sa iyang family, (perhaps chinese cguro ni) and his family is back and forth ra dire from Pinas and abroad, makabuhat ug yano yanohon lang nya ang naa ra sa Pinas nga muras tanto paninguha maka kitag kwarta....

If tua pa ni sa States, dugay na ni natingkagol ang seller, U.S Laws always protects its consumers at all cost possible.. though naa tay balaod ani dire - Consumer Protection Act sa DTI, but daghan kau loopholes pwde ma set free ang seller, thru technicalities lang.
