re-opened post. it used to fit my 18 month old bullmastiff. now that he is 23 months, just tried it on him lately. now it doesn't fit at all. my 23 months old male bullmastiff Benny weighs 160 lbs. with a 28 1/2 inch head circumference. i bought this collar in the states for $100+.
